Like a feather in the wind. That's how light I felt after my appointment with Heart and Soul Tantra. There are times when you are unaware of how your body is affected by emotional weight. After my session with Jaylala, I felt like my body, heart, and soul were aligned. She is a wonderful practitioner who I cannot recommend highly enough. It is impossible for me to describe how my first experience was except that it was incredible. It was the most natural feeling of relaxation I have ever experienced. When I first met Jaylala over a year ago, I was having personal and financial issues and finding it hard to make ends meet. I knew deep down inside that I had so much more potential than what my current job entailed but was not sure how to get out of my situation.
When I reached out for help, I was impressed by her calm, kind an spiritual nature. She suggested using Access Consciousness (Bars) and Theta healing to unblock some of my negative patterns and family issues.
